Purpose:
To actively engage men in order to connect them to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God's man in Christ.

Exodus 33:11 (NIV)

The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his young aide Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent.

^{GUIDING PRINCIPLES:}

 INDEPENDANCE
God's man is a self-feeder. Consistantly studying and applying God's Word independant of the church or small-group essential. 1 Peter 2:1-3; Psalm 1:1-3 

 INTERDEPENDANCE
God's man is part of the family of believers and recieves regular biblical instruction through a weekly discipleship time; either sunday school or small-group Bible study. 1 Thessalonians 2:13

 ACCOUNTABILITY
God's man must learn to apply God's Word to all areas of life. It is essential to pursue and establish strong accountability realationships with a few men for the purpose of consistancy and obedience to God's Word. James 1:22-25; Ezekiel 33:30-32; Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

 UNITY
God's man makes it a priority to demonstrate biblical unity. To do so he must connect with other men at least two times a month for the purpose of comunity, accountablility, confession, and prayer. Galations 6:1-3; James 5:16;
Hebrews 10:23-24

 OUTREACH
God's man gets involved in some form of ministry based on his gifts and talents. God has called each of us to pour out to others what He has poured into us. 1 Peter 4:10-11; Ephesians 4:11-13

 BROTHERHOOD
God's man invests time and resources into the lives of other men and his pastor. One-on-one connections through shared activities, spiritual mentoring, and modeling are vital. 2 Timothy 2:22; Proverbs 27:17; Mark 3:13-14

 SHARING
God's Man learns to activly share his faith in order to lead others into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Acts 1:8; 1 Peter 3:15; Matthew 28:18-20

DELIVERABLES:

We will endeavor to:
1. Win new converts for Christ
2. Enable men to better understand their calling in life and how to achieve it
3. Support each other in our Christian walk
4. Enjoy Christian fellowship/activities 5. Challenge men to grow deeper in their spiritual walk

"I looked for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none."

CORE BELIEFS:
 - The man is the spiritual leader of his home.
- Jesus established a model for us to follow in forming relationships with His inner three and with the twelve.
- God will use anyone who makes himself available to Him. The great commission spoken by Jesus Himself is to go into the world and make new believers. This is ALL Christian's calling!
