Pastor Doug and Karen Heckman
  
Doug and Karen, have been married for over 40 years. They have three married children and nine wonderful grandchildren.  Doug served previously as the senior pastor of Allentown Trinity Wesleyan for nineteen years. ('91-2010)  He graduated from United Wesleyan College ('80) with a Bachelors of Science in Pastoral ministries and Sacred Music and received a Master of Arts in Religion from Indiana Wesleyan University ('99).  Doug grew up in the parsonage and prior to preparing for ordained ministry worked ten years as a salesman. He was also the Solo Pastor in Carney's Point, New Jersey for ten years ('81-'91).

Following thirteen years as an elementary school secretary for the Parkland School District, Karen has taken an early retirement.  Her prior ten years of work experience includes human resource and the payroll clerk for Thomas Scientific.   

Doug and Karen enjoy motorcycling, singing on the worship team, shopping, dining out, vacationing by the beach, and creating positive memories with family. Their personal and growing faith inspires their vision for ministry.  "We are excited with Gods calling in our lives to serve Him" and their key mission:  "We are followers of a loving Christ: experiencing His love, listening in love, growing in love, serving in love,and sharing in love our God with others."  They seek to allow their vision  and mission to guide therir decisions.

Debra Csaszar
 Administrative Assistant

Debbie grew up in Bridgeton as a pk (preachers kid), attending Bridgeton Wesleyan Church since her childhood. Debbie began her work as administrative assistant in October 2008. She is currently putting together a team for the B.L.A.S.T. youth ministry and enjoys the opportunity to work with teens and lead them to Christ. She has worked as an administrative assistant for over 23 years with school districts and as an assistant in an accountants office. She is married 30 years to her husband Scott Csaszar and has two adult sons, Scott Ryan & Joshua, a daughter-in-law, Tara and two beautiful grandsons, Maximus & Xavier. Debbie enjoys serving the Lord in all she does and wants to share his love with everyone she comes in contact with. Here are a few of her favorite things; she loves working with people, boating, sunning and let's not forget shopping.
